Friday, July 01, 2005 Congressional Vote on Property Rights Other Sacramento area citizens and bloggers may care to know how Doris Matsui, our representative, voted on HR 3058, a bill to deny federal funds to any state agency which uses eminent domain to transfer property from one person to another for the second person's benefit in the name of "public use". Mrs. Matsui, along with most Democrats voted against the bill.
