Monday, June 27, 2005 Mad Scientists? Never a shortage when you need it. So scientists want to spend 500 billion to 200 trillion dollars to fight global warming. Have they considered how $200 trillion might be spent on air-conditioning units and taller foundations for buildings near an ocean?
