Monday, May 16, 2005 Because they Cannes Since 9/11 (and our response to it) anti-Americanism has stepped up into a new phase, with every two bit, psuedo-intellectual, artsy fartsy idiot begging for their fifteen minutes in some European city to tell everyone how rotten America is and always has been. The film festival at Cannes should give America the Palm D'Or for providing nincompoops with their theme for the next hundred years. Isn't funny how many movies, stories, paintings have been devoted to exposing the evils of Soviet Russia and communism. What? Oh, that's right.
