Cool heads or wimpy leaders?

Leftist political leaders or officers can defy the law of the land all the time without consequence (Gavin Newsome in San Francisco among others), but conservative Governor find it impossible to be moved by unconstutitional orders of state courts to step in with their own authority and prevent travesties of justice from occurring like the Terri Schiavo case.

Jeb Bush ought to post state marshalls outside the hospital room and prevent anyone from removing the woman's feeding tube. Bush has the legitimate right and authority to do such a thing and defy the illegal orders of lunatic judges from being ennacted. It is time for executives and legislatures to insist on their own powers to determine constitutionality. It is not the right of the courts to do so alone.

Does it strike anyone else as amazing that while in Nazi Germany, the politicians changed the laws which the judges then acquiesced in enforcing, here in America, judges now change the laws as they please and the politicians timidly acquiesce and enforce them?
