The column is cogent, brief, and clear to those who are not financial consultants or economics majors. The author reveals just how great a windfall it could be for sharks, and how many losers would exist, all with a vote and outnumbering the winners. This is dicey stuff, and needs to be done carefully. SoSec takes in 750 billion a year.
