Wednesday, January 26, 2005 Kool-Aid Drinking Nutball Who's that? Tony Blair, you say? Say it ain't so, Joe. Poor Tony has bought into the global warming scam. He actually believes it! On a lesser note, he also takes umbrage in that: He dismissed claims that the U.S.-led coalition in Iraq was trying to foist Western-style government on the country in this weekend's Iraqi elections. I think Afghanistan, which has functioned as a democracy for less than a year, is not really much of a proof yet ('though I hope it will eventually); and I take umbrage that the charge that democracy and republican forms of government are not a "Western idea" as a load of nonsense.
