Tuesday, February 17, 2004 Felonious assault on the law It is a felony in California for a public official to issue fraudulent documents. The mayor of San Francisco is doing so along with the County Clerk. Not one word has been spoken by our Governor or Attorney General about enforcing the laws of this state as thousands receive illegal marriage certificates. I wonder if a citizen's arrest would be possible in such a case. It would be very tempting to do so. Great Minds Think Alike Dept.
