LINCOLN, Neb. — A federal judge in Nebraska blocked implementation of a federal ban on partial-birth abortions Wednesday, less than an hour after President Bush signed the ban into law. Fox News Well, you knew this was going to happen, but a little time, a few deaths averted, wouldn't that have been nice?
