Friday, August 02, 2002 What good is Congress? My mind's a blank as I keep trying to come up with something that Congress has done in the last decade that has actually been good for America in general. The tax cut was good (but not enough), but after that I can't think of a thing. There must be something, some dam, some highway, some new park, some new judge appointed who respects property rights and life, but I'm darned if anything comes to mind. Help me out, people.
